COVID Response update

With the current COVID situation, the following changes have been implemented to protect myself and my customers, and to ease the stress of people who are weary of purchasing items during this time. The following changes are;

  • Fully sanitizing items before they are picked up,
  • Having curbside/distance pickups,
  • Deliveries are now only to the front door instead of inside the customers house,
  • Preferring E-Transfer payments

The following items are more policy based information changes due to COVID;

  • Dates were never guarantees but more of guidelines, due to the current COVID situation, this may completely change and get pushed back based on if we get locked down and/or I cannot get materials). I will inform you if this happens and will be a case by case basis.
  • I will not be doing in person appointments until further notice. As my business is also my home, I am not wanting additional people brought to my place of residence. All communication will be done through email or social media.
